Our Client is an expanding and busy training provider. He is looking to immediately employ 2 Mechanical Maintenance Trainer*Assessors in the South Yorkshire area.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
KEY RESULT AREAS
• To meet Apprenticeship and NVQ delivery objectives as agreed with the directors. • To meet Apprenticeship and NVQ achievement targets as agreed with the directors.
KEY RESULT ACTIVITIES
• To effectively plan, organise and monitor all individual activities • To deliver quality training as appropriate to meet the needs of the learner • To develop and maintain positive working relationships with learners by the provision of continual motivation, guidance and support • To attend training and development meetings to ensure continual improvement • To develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff and subcontractors IN MEETING KEY RESULTS AREAS THE TRAINER*ASSESSOR WILL:
• Liaise and communicate internally to maximise product knowledge and enhance own performance with their job role • Ensure observation of correct communication channels in the provision of relevant information • Ensure all administrative duties are carried out correctly and within specified timeframes • Uphold and maintain the company’s policies and quality standards • Effectively carry out activities as per operational procedures • Carry out additional activities as commensurate with the post
